Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Digital Products
- Downloadable Content
- Hygiene or Personal Care Items (if opened)
- Perishable Goods
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Store Credit
- Can be used toward future purchases
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
Refunds
No refunds are provided.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return process will apply.
